Due to a lack of sufficient sponsoring (or rich parents) Eric has to work part-time to provide himself a marginal income. Normally, you can encouter him at the reception of the Richemond hotel in the centre of Chamonix Mont-Blanc, being night watch for 3 nights a week. During the night, Eric (fluently speaking english, german, french and dutch) has the opportunity to translate some documents for translation agencies, as an extra. In de near future, Eric hopes to make it as a freelance translator.

The activities for the weeks to come:

-> april:

• ski touring in the West Alps
• ski test guide school ENSA, France
• classic north face mixed climbing, France
• a week without climbing.. , Netherlands

-> may:

• BMC int. rock climbing meet, England
• free climbing road trip in the south of France

-> june:

• alpine rock climbing in Europe

Spare time is scarce, and efficiently exploited learning French or updating this page for instance...
